How does Ziggys work with Shopify?

Ziggys installs as a Shopify app and connects directly to your store's product catalog, inventory, and orders. It syncs your Shopify products to delivery platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats, and routes incoming delivery orders back into Shopify POS and Admin — so your team manages everything from one place.

Do I need separate tablets for each delivery platform?

No. Ziggys eliminates the need for dedicated tablets from DoorDash, Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, or any other platform. All delivery orders appear in your Shopify POS alongside your regular in-store and online orders.

What types of businesses can use Ziggys?

Any Shopify merchant with a physical location — retail stores, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, cafes, pet shops, pharmacies, warehouses, and fulfillment centers. Can I connect Uber Eats to Shopify?

Yes. Ziggys syncs your Shopify catalog to Uber Eats, accepts Uber Eats orders directly into Shopify POS, and lets you set Uber Eats–specific pricing and store hours from your Shopify Admin.
